Identity Graph / M365 accounts use real Microsoft Entra ID sign-in. Use https://103-195-5-86.as-cloud-xip.com for Entra SSO (reply URL must match Azure).
You opened the portal via a non-canonical host. Entra sign-in will switch you to https://103-195-5-86.as-cloud-xip.com. Azure must list: https://103-195-5-86.as-cloud-xip.com/login/oauth2/code/entra

No Entra / M365 portal users yet. An admin must add them under Admin → Identity & SSO (search Graph → Add selected as portal users).

Tip: pick Grace Ng — IT Admin (it_lead) for admin access, then provision Entra users under Identity & SSO.
